Spring has finally arrived and we’ve got to be honest, we’re
relieved! Although winter brings its own interesting seasonal produce and
indulgent dishes, we are ready for a fresh start and there is something really fresh
and exciting about spring time!
This time of year, not only is the produce more vibrant and light
(think asparagus, broccoli and new potatoes) but there is also a lot going on

the Winemakers’ events and dinners. And not forgetting the beer drinkers, they

La Chapelle – 20th May On the 20th May, Galvin are welcoming De Trafford Winery to La Chapelle for a
special dinner. De Trafford Winery is situated on the beautiful Mont Fleur
farm, where the Trafford family have been growing wine since 1976. Fancy

de Luxe - 16 May Bordeaux Dinner at Bistro de Luxe
is in collaboration with Galvin’s friends at Roberson Wines. Expect some
blockbuster wines and some equally spectacular food. The Bordeaux dinners are
always a highlight in the year and this looks like another classic from Galvin

Galvin Hop’s Beer Tasting event on 26th May! Galvin will be offering light and

29th April Ever wondered what to would be like to retire abroad? Northcote
are welcoming you to be a guest at their upcoming event, where you can learn
about the tax and residency benefits of living in Portugal.
Representatives from the Algarve offices of estate agents Fine &
