Restaurant 23 first opened its doors in Royal Leamington Spa in May 2006. Over the years, the restaurant, led by Head Chef Peter Knibb, forged an impressive culinary reputation, showcasing some of the finest seasonal and local produce with innovative dishes.

The aim of Restaurant 23 is to give guests a unique, highly satisfying and relaxed fine dining experience. This has been successfully achieved, with their exciting dishes, cooked to perfection and stylish cocktail bar. Restaurant 23 truly is the ideal environment for guest to relax and unwind, making sure you have an experience to remember.

The care and attention given to cooking the locally sourced ingredients coupled with Peter's flair, led to the restaurant being awarded two AA rosettes, and saw it featured in the National Good Food Guide with an impressive score. Find the latest A la Carte Menu below.

February 2012 saw the start of a new era for the restaurant when it moved to a grade II listed Victorian building, merely a few minutes’ walk from the original Dormer Place location in Royal Leamington Spa. The restaurant's new home features beautiful, luxurious surroundings, seating up to 40 guests in comfort and style. In addition, there are two beautiful private dining rooms, to seat 8 guests and 16, available for hire, as well as the addition of an all-new feature cocktail lounge – Morgan’s Bar.  

Morgan’s Bar
Morgan's Bar is a chic and cosmopolitan cocktail and lounge bar and is both a perfect accompaniment to the fine dining experience at Restaurant 23, as well as a destination in its own right.

The bar features an extensive selection of wines, beers and spirits with service provided by expert cocktail makers and friendly staff. The luxurious seating and lavish décor makes it the perfect place to have an intimate drink or a quick catch-up with friends.

You can also hire the bar for special occasions. Bar snacks and afternoon tea will be served in Morgan's Bar, open daily from 3pm.
